Reliability of "Photocatalytic Titanister" [Awarded in the Ministry of Defense Water Purification Contest]

Our photocatalytic technology has been proven to purify non-potable water to drinking water quality.

The Ministry of Defense hosted a water contest (technology for purifying non-potable water into potable water), where evaluations of small water purification devices produced by various companies were conducted within the Ministry of Defense. As a result, out of many applications, the technologies of four companies were selected in the preliminary technical review, including our photocatalytic technology. Our company equipped the photocatalytic material "Titanistar(R)" and ultraviolet lamps, purifying the contaminated water created by the Ministry of Defense within the specified time. Subsequently, the water was collected by the Ministry of Defense for quality testing, and the results of the water quality inspection conducted by the Minister of Defense received a score close to full marks. Instead of just combining the photocatalyst Titanistar with ultraviolet light, it became possible to significantly improve performance by combining ultrasonic technology with our photocatalytic technology after considering various oxidants. This is the mechanism of simultaneously irradiating the photocatalyst Titanistar with ultraviolet light and ultrasound. At the request of the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) of South Korea, the AquaBeam AB-S was loaned for purification tests of oyster aquaculture water at NFRDI. Antibacterial performance tests were conducted on E. coli and Shigella in the seawater used for oyster farming. As a result, high antibacterial performance was demonstrated from the first measurement. The AquaBeam received an excellent evaluation. Ultrasonic Composite Photocatalytic Water Purification Device Aqua Beam: Development Background and Evaluation Tests

Simultaneous irradiation of ultraviolet light and ultrasound onto the titanium star surface! Production of large and ultra-small aircraft is also possible.

The "Ultrasonic Composite Photocatalytic Water Purification Device Aqua Beam" was developed under the supervision of Kanazawa University, incorporating "Titanister + Ultraviolet + Ultrasonic" for further improvement of water purification. In the methylene blue decolorization test, E. coli antibacterial test, and decolorization test of livestock wastewater after activated sludge treatment, comparisons were made between the combinations of Titanister + Ultraviolet, Titanister + Ultrasonic, and Titanister + Ultraviolet + Ultrasonic. The combination of Titanister + Ultraviolet + Ultrasonic demonstrated the highest decomposition performance. Additionally, in the general bacterial test for factory wastewater and the general bacterial and mold test for plating factories, performance verification was conducted using actual equipment against the contaminants discharged by customers.
